Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form on our website.

  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, item(s) to be returned or exchanged, and reason for the return/exchange.

  3. Pack Securely: Place the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.

  4. Send Back: Our team will guide you on the return courier or pickup option.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size, color, or style, we’ll do our best to make it happen.

  • Exchange items are subject to availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping within Pakistan is generally paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • For defective or wrong items, Polkatee will cover the return shipping cost.
